Humpday Club is an invite-only dating club for singles who want to date IRL. 

All Humpday Club members complete an application and/or are referred by an existing Humpday Club member in order to join the club. Applications are reviewed, vetted and human verified by the Humpday team to ensure that you’re matching with real people that match your vibe. No bots here, we promise! 

Humpday Club is about creating a community of like minded people that have their sh*t together and have a shared intention of dating IRL.

Perfect matches are delivered daily by our AI algorithm, move from match to date in less than one week, get invited to exclusive Humpday Club events - say good bye to pen pals and hello to IRL dating.

Humpday Club is the premium offering of Humpday and requires a paid subscription to access.

So, what are we looking for?

Well, you know that friend who is the ultimate catch - has their sh*t together, a job, good social circle, hobbies etc etc and a relationship is the final piece of the puzzle? Humpday Club is for those people. 

We want to see…

• Some effort in your application

• An intention to date IRL

• Your social media handle - to verify that you are in fact a real person and not a bot!

• That you match the age demographic and location of our current community (which is constantly expanding) - important so that we know we have matches to send to you! 

• Bonus points if you’ve been referred by an existing Humpday Club member - if someone on the inside is prepared to vouch for you, high chance you’ll be in!

Applications are reviewed ongoing, however wait time is entirely dependent on our waitlist. If you’ve been referred by an existing Humpday Club member, your application time will be expedited.

You will receive up to seven matches per day, depending on how many compatible matches are available to you that day. 

We have high standards (and believe you should too!). That means we’re prepared to not send you a match if no one meets your compatibility criteria for that day. 

Is there a meaning behind seven? 

Well, smarter people than us have crunched the numbers, and the ideal number of profiles one person can realistically manage at one time is seven.

Endless matches have also been linked to a fear of being single, upward social comparison, and partner choice overload - not fun.

Sending a Tap opens up chat with your match immediately. 

To send a Tap - click on a love heart on your match’s profile. You can send a Tap as is, or add a message to really grab their attention.

All Humpday Club members receive two free Taps per day and you can purchase Taps via Subscriptions and Purchases in Account Settings.

Received a match that’s not your type? Simply click on the X on the bottom left of your matches profile to remove that match.

Started a conversation and not vibing? It’s as easy as swiping left on the chat you want to delete, or clicking on the Settings icon within the chat and following prompts to Delete Chat.

By deleting a chat, know that you are effectively “unmatching” with that user and you will no longer be able to see their profile. 

In an effort to always improve our matching capabilities and only serve you your most compatible matches, we appreciate you letting us know why that particular match just wasn’t your type.

Introducing snooze - a new feature designed to conserve your dating bandwidth. 

You know those times when you see a match that could be your type, but you just don’t have the energy or time to give to them today? Maybe you’re chatting to someone else and only want to concentrate on one conversation at a time, or maybe you’re just plain busy! Well, that’s when you use snooze.

Click on snooze on the bottom right of your matches profile to hide that match for seven days. After seven days, we will deliver you that same match again, provided that match didn’t click X on your profile.

After seven days, any snoozed matches should reappear on your match screen. 

The exceptions to this will be if 1) that match Tapped your profile and in which case you’ll find them in your Tapped on you folder in Chat or 2) that match clicked X on your profile and in which case the match has been removed.

The more you swipe, the higher your chance of finding a match right? Wrong. 

Research shows that swiping actually leaves you overwhelmed, and in turn, more likely to reject someone. We hate how endless swiping leaves us feeling pessimistic, reduces our self esteem and impacts our mood. So we’ve said goodbye to swiping to save you time, emotional energy and (hopefully) improve your dating outlook and outcomes.

At Humpday Club, we’re not about endless pen pals. Instead, we’re about getting you dating IRL sooner. 

Once a Tap has been sent, chat will be open with your match for a week. After seven days, chat will close and you’ll be prompted to answer whether you’d like to go on a date with your match. If both users answer yes, chat will stay open for another seven days. If one or both of you answer no, chat will close and you can move on to another match.
